We appreciate that you choose our services. After the complete resolution of your problem, your case will be closed by the technical end will be transferred to service team to ensure the quality of work and for your feedback, which may call or text you for quality assurance. The order placed by you is taken account immediately and the work order is passed to our technical experts in order to provide you swift services. The order placed by your consent is unlikely to get cancelled if services have been delivered to you by our technicians. In any case, if you are not satisfied by the services we provide, you may raise the request for refund. The request will be handled by our managing office and they’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible in order to resolve the problem either by getting you another on-site visit or refunding the sum you paid.

  • Refund can only be place in same account if any of the following criteria meet.
  • If our technician has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within first 7 days.
  • The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.
  • 15 days have not been passed since the issue was last worked upon by our technician.
